Expect your first proof within 3–5 NZ business days after payment and suitable photos are confirmed. Two consolidated rounds of small changes are included.

Once you approve in writing, your final digital files follow within one business day. Save them, share them, or arrange a personal print.

One clear main photo and up to two supporting photos per pet help us preserve the details you love.
- Natural light, clear eyes. Take the photo at your pet’s eye level, with face and ears visible.
- Original photos work best. Aim for at least 1500 pixels along the longest edge. Avoid filters, blur and screenshots.
- Tell us what matters. Distinctive markings, eye colour, name spelling and favourite expressions.
- Working with an older photo? We’ll check its suitability before you pay. Use photos you own or have permission to use.

What exactly will I receive?
One portrait composition as an A4 JPG (2480 × 3508 pixels, sRGB) and a screen JPG with a 1600-pixel long edge. These are digital files for personal use, gifting and personal printing. No physical print or frame is included. Larger sizes and commercial use need a separate agreement.
How is the artwork made?
We use AI-assisted tools to develop the portrait from your reference photos, then individually review and edit the result for likeness and presentation. Names and dates are checked separately. Watercolour and painted textures are digital effects.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Two consolidated rounds of small adjustments to the agreed portrait are included. Our mistakes are corrected without using your allowance. A new style, main photo or substantially different scene may require a fresh quote. Additional discretionary rounds cost NZ$10, only with your agreement.
What if I don’t reply to the proof?
We ask for feedback within seven days where possible, send a reminder after seven days, and pause after fourteen days without a reply. Silence is never approval. Contact us to resume and agree a new delivery date.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancel before creation starts for a full refund. After work begins, change-of-mind refunds may be reduced by reasonable completed work, explained and capped at the order price. After final approval, change-of-mind refunds aren’t offered. If the portrait is faulty or doesn’t meet the agreed brief, contact us for the appropriate remedy. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain intact.
How will my photos and details be used?
This website has no photo upload, account or payment collection. Enquiries are sent through Facebook or Instagram, under those services’ privacy terms. We use enquiry details to respond and agree your portrait brief. Before accepting an order, we’ll explain the production tools, photo handling and retention arrangements. Public sharing of customer photos or portraits requires separate permission.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available yet. Payment arrangements will be confirmed before we accept an order. We’ll announce additional options once they are approved and active.
